About Pipeline HQ
Pipeline HQ is Pipeline Baseball's app for the players and families who train with us. It is where your lessons get booked and where your training program lives, so everything a coach sets up for you is in one place, on your phone.
This app is still a beta
Pipeline HQ is new and still being built, so parts of it will change and some things will break. If something looks wrong, does not load, or you are not sure what to do, contact the admin, Coach DJ, at djdickson@pipelinebaseballpa.com.
If you are using the workout guide right now, screenshot it. Take a screenshot of each day's workout you are following, so you still have the plan in your camera roll if the Training page is down or changes while you are mid-week.
Schedule
Open Schedule, pick the player the lesson is for, and tap an open time. That sends a request to the coach, who confirms or declines it, and you get an email either way. Your upcoming lessons are listed underneath; each one can be cancelled there up to a day ahead. Closer than that, text or call your coach.
Parents book for their children. A player can book their own lessons once a parent has OK'd it -- ask your coach to turn that on.
Training
Training is your program: the exercises, sets and weights your coach has assigned, week by week. Players tick sets off as they do them and record new maxes. Parents see the same board read-only, so you always know what is being worked on.
Put it on your home screen
Pipeline HQ works as an app: no store download, and it opens full-screen like anything else on your phone. Set it up once:
iPhone / iPad (Safari)
- Open this site in Safari (not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, bottom of the screen.
- Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The Pipeline HQ icon appears on your home screen.
Android (Chrome)
- Open this site in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
- Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones, Install app).
- Tap Add or Install.
Your account
Everyone signs in as themselves. A parent's account is tied to their children's profiles; a player's account is tied to their own. If you signed up and cannot see a player yet, your coach has not linked one to you -- ask, and it appears.
